📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading a team of professionals.,Coordinate and supervise day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and productivity.,Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and provide feedback.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of team members to ensure they meet the department's goals.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
