Lingkungan Lestari Medical Center (LLMC) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our retail sales strategy and ensuring the success of our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare products.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to achieve company goals.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the retail healthcare sector.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales team.,Organize and participate in sales promotions, events, and trade shows.,Provide sales training and support to the retail sales team.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product distribution and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Strong understanding of retail sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using sales and marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and retail sales environment is a plus.
