📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Support the Store Admin in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of store transactions.,Assist in managing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Support the Store Admin in managing store staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Assist in maintaining store cleanliness and organization, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.,Support the Store Admin in managing store promotions and sales events, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively.,Assist in managing store security and loss prevention measures.,Support the Store Admin in managing store relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,English language skills are a plus.
