Lingkungan Gilang Medical Center is looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices and be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from the office and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the planning and execution of employee training programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure a positive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
