PT Tunas Antar is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team in Kulon Progo. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing front-desk operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and guests with a warm and professional manner.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages efficiently and courteously.,Manage front-desk operations, including scheduling appointments, managing reservations, and coordinating with other departments.,Ensure the safety and security of the office and visitors by implementing and enforcing security protocols.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Provide information and assistance to visitors and guests, including directions, office locations, and other relevant details.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.,Monitor and report on reception area metrics and performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a receptionist or front-desk role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with security protocols and procedures.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds (9 kg) as needed.
