- Oversee the regulatory compliance of pharmaceutical products, ensuring adherence to FDA and international regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement compliance strategies to ensure regulatory standards are met.
- Conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide guidance and support to internal teams on regulatory matters.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely updates to compliance programs.
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external stakeholders to address compliance issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance regulatory knowledge and skills.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Licensed Pharmacist with a valid pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of FDA regulations and international regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using regulatory compliance software such as Regulatory Compliance Manager or similar.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
