Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate the work of the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed, and that the workplace is a safe and comfortable environment for all employees.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.,Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to ensure that all operations are aligned with the overall business strategy.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.,Ensure that all inventory is accurately tracked and managed, and that there is always an adequate supply of materials and products.,Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that materials and products are delivered on time and at the best possible prices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Experience in managing a team and implementing operational improvements.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices.
