🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with quality control and assurance processes.,Proficient in using production management software and tools.,Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations is a plus.
