📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the clinic, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize financial performance.,Provide strategic financial advice to the clinic management.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare or dental clinic setting.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards relevant to the healthcare industry.,Proficient in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies.
