📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and maintains a clean and welcoming environment.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales and revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to optimize the restaurant's profitability.,Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and implement innovative ideas to improve the restaurant's operations and customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in the fast-food or fried chicken industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Proven track record of driving sales and revenue growth in a restaurant setting.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
