📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop injection molding tools using industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tool designs meet performance, quality, and cost requirements.,Conduct process analysis and optimization to improve tool performance and reduce production time.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and process sheets.,Perform tool tryouts and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and identify areas for improvement.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in injection molding tool design.,Mentor and guide junior engineers to ensure the continued growth and development of our team.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our manufacturing processes and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding tool design and development.,Proven track record of designing and implementing successful injection molding tools.,Proficiency in industry-standard software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.,Strong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and tooling principles.,Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
