📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems and procedures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to manage inventory levels.,Conduct regular audits to monitor warehouse performance and identify areas for improvement.,Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues related to warehouse operations.,Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
