Agung Oka Bakery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our bakery, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for the food and beverage industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of bakery operations, including production, inventory, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Manage a team of operational staff, providing leadership and support to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and implement quality control measures.,Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of operations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and reliable delivery of ingredients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
