📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Monitor client needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.,Manage and lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to assess performance and provide feedback.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify new opportunities.,Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.,Proven track record of developing and maintaining key client relationships.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Understanding of the local market and industry dynamics in Samarinda is a plus.
