📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including production, logistics, and quality control.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and motivate the operations team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and finance, to align operations with overall business goals.,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes, including supply chain management, logistics, and quality control.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using operational software and tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
