This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, managing clinic records, and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain and update clinic records and patient information.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and policies.,Manage and reconcile daily cash transactions.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Coordinate with the clinic staff for any additional support needed.,Perform other duties as assigned by the clinic manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in cashier or customer service roles.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with clinic management systems is a plus.,Must be reliable and able to work remote hours.
