Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure exceptional customer service by training and supervising staff, and addressing customer concerns and complaints.,Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation by monitoring food preparation, storage, and serving.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant, including tracking expenses, revenue, and profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and marketing, to ensure the success of the restaurant.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Experience in developing and implementing marketing and promotional strategies.,Ability to manage budgets and financial performance, including tracking expenses, revenue, and profitability.
