📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with customers.,Manage inventory levels and ensure product availability.,Promote products and services to increase sales and revenue.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to improve products and services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.,Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and sales principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets.,Ability to lift and move heavy items as needed.
