We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QMS Engineer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is pivotal in driving our commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Quality Management Systems (QMS) and a passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement QMS strategies aligned with ESG principles to enhance our environmental and social impact.,Lead and mentor junior QMS Engineers to ensure the effective implementation of QMS policies and procedures.,Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with international and local regulations.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into all aspects of our operations.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ESG and QMS, and drive innovation in our approach.,Report on ESG performance metrics and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Ensure all QMS processes are documented and maintained in accordance with ISO standards.,Foster a culture of compliance and ethical business practices within the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in QMS, with a focus on ESG principles.,Certification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality and environmental standards is a plus.,Strong understanding of ESG frameworks and their application in business operations.,Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of Indonesian regulations and business practices is a bonus.
