In this role, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure the right candidates are identified.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer acceptance.,Build and maintain relationships with key industry contacts and recruitment agencies.,Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.,Strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
