📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet high standards.
  • Ensure all dishes are prepared and cooked according to recipes and food safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Manage inventory and ensure all ingredients are available for cooking.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff.
  • Participate in menu development and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
