📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record customer invoices accurately using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
• Follow up on overdue accounts and work with sales teams to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain and update customer accounts receivable records.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports on accounts receivable to management.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of bank reconciliations.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to accounts receivable.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
