• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with clients and industry stakeholders

• Manage and optimize payroll processes using tools like QuickBooks, Xero, and ADP
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of payroll solutions
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in payroll services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
