Operations Supervisor - Warehouse & Distribution Management

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient distribution processes.
• Manage inventory levels using SAP to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
• Implement and monitor RFID technology for real-time tracking and management of inventory.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
• Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of performance.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the warehouse.
• Work closely with the logistics team to optimize delivery routes and reduce transportation costs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP or similar inventory management software.
• Familiarity with RFID technology and its application in logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage a team effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement methodologies is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
