📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and conduct daily activities and lessons for children aged 3 to 6 years old, focusing on cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national early childhood education curriculum.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of the daycare center.
• Participate in regular professional development activities to stay updated with the latest early childhood education practices.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and ensure the well-being of all children under your care.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing updates on children's progress and addressing any concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPNS (Certified Professional in Nutrition and Services) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of the national early childhood education curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
