📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Retail Payments team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the implementation and maintenance of payment processing systems, including Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and Payment Switching Systems (PSS).
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention through superior payment services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation in payment solutions, leveraging technologies like Mastercard, Visa, and local payment gateways.
• Monitor and analyze payment transaction data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the payment industry.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the Retail Payments team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
• Represent Hong Leong Bank at industry events and conferences, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail payments, with a proven track record in managing payment operations.
• Certification in payment processing systems, such as Core Banking Solutions (CBS) and Payment Switching Systems (PSS), is a plus.
• Strong understanding of payment technologies and industry trends, including Mastercard, Visa, and local payment gateways.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the payment industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
