As a Freelance AC Technician & Building Specialist, you'll be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, ensuring the comfort and safety of our residents. You'll also handle various building maintenance tasks, from minor repairs to more complex projects. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work while providing the stability of a long-term contract with High Livin Apartment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, heaters, and ventilation systems.
• Perform regular inspections and servicing of HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Conduct building maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the smooth operation of building systems.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and other stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in HVAC and building maintenance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an AC Technician or Building Maintenance Specialist.
• Certification in HVAC systems, such as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) or Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Electrical (RACE).
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and software, such as HVAC design software and building management systems.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
