As a Front of House (FOH) Staff at Takanonies Sdn Bhd, you will work in various locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. You will be responsible for greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes, including handling payments and providing necessary information.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
• Ensure that guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
• Assist with housekeeping tasks as needed, such as making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including decorating and arranging furniture.
• Promote the hotel's amenities and services to guests, ensuring they have a memorable stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic housekeeping tasks and cleaning procedures.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations across Bali.
