Tanggung Jawab:
Manage the procurement process for property development projects, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing contracts with suppliers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.Monitor and control procurement costs, ensuring compliance with budget and project timelines.Conduct market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement efficiency.Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth procurement operations and timely delivery of materials.Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, implementing corrective actions where necessary.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on procurement activities and performance.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in property development projects.Proven track record of successful procurement activities, including cost savings and improved efficiency.Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement software is a plus.Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.🛠️ Keahlian
