📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process sales orders using SAP or similar ERP systems
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain and update inventory records using Excel or Google Sheets
- Organize and track logistics operations, including shipping and delivery schedules
- Prepare and maintain reports on sales and logistics performance using Power BI or similar tools
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and other financial documents
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to sales and logistics
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt of goods
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and logistics administration
- Proficient in using SAP, Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Indonesian sales and logistics regulations
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English
