📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and manage customs clearance documentation for imports and exports, ensuring compliance with Indonesian and international regulations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve clearance issues and delays.
• Utilize FedEx Clearance Solutions and SAP Customs Clearance software to streamline clearance processes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for high-value shipments.
• Maintain accurate records and reports on clearance activities and compliance.
• Stay updated on changes in customs laws and regulations, and provide training to team members.
• Collaborate with the FedEx global network to share best practices and solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clearance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customs clearance, international trade, or logistics.
• Certification in customs brokerage or international trade is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian customs regulations and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
