📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and supervise the construction of civil and structural projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards of construction.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, drawings, and specifications for project documentation.
- Utilize software like AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS for design and analysis.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve project efficiency.
- Contribute to the development of innovative solutions for sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and fresh graduates in their professional development.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and ETABS.
- Understanding of local building codes and regulations in Bali.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
