📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver engaging Science lessons for upper Primary and Secondary students using the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and promote student engagement.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the learning environment and share best practices.
• Attend professional development workshops and stay updated on the latest teaching methodologies.
• Utilize educational software and tools to create interactive and effective learning experiences.
• Foster a love for science in students by making lessons fun and relatable.
• Participate in school events and activities to promote STEM education.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a relevant field.
• Certification in teaching Science or Biology, preferably with the Cambridge Curriculum.
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum and ability to adapt lessons to meet student needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and colleagues.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for inspiring students and fostering a love for science.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
