📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and brand awareness for our e-commerce and industrial automation products.
• Create and manage social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of our digital marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our campaigns.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns to engage our customers and drive sales.
• Develop and maintain our website and online store, ensuring that it is user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for search engines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, with a focus on e-commerce and/or industrial automation.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive and results-driven, with a passion for achieving business goals.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Business Suite is a plus.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus.
