- Create a safe and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity and exploration.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development, documenting findings in a child's individual portfolio.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning experience for all children.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individuality.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
- Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators.
- Passion for play-based learning and a commitment to fostering early childhood development.
- Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
