📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver cakes and pastries to customers within specified timeframes
• Ensure all deliveries are made on time and in good condition
• Use GPS navigation tools like Google Maps or Waze to navigate Surabaya efficiently
• Maintain a clean and well-presented vehicle at all times
• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm orders and address any issues
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations while driving
• Report any vehicle maintenance issues to the operations team
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery and customer service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a delivery driver or similar role
• Valid driver's license for motorcycles or cars, depending on the type of vehicle assigned
• Excellent knowledge of Surabaya's traffic and delivery routes
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items safely
• Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
